Returns and Refunds

If you would like to return a product, please contact us first on 0207 790 2233 / enquiries@londontrimmings.co.uk .

London Trimmings accepts no liability for any goods returned by the customer without prior notification first via a request to return goods, as your return will not processed without this.

We offer a 28 day return policy for any products which are faulty or not as described. All returns must include the original till receipt or invoice.
Other products not at fault can only be returned if the item is in a resalable condition. I.e. in original and undamaged packaging, sealed/unused and in full quantity, and is a non-custom order.

The suitability of a product is deemed to be the customer’s responsibility, and so we ask every customer to be aware of this before purchasing.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for;
-    Altered zips, or special ordered zips
-    Any items that have been cut to length. E.g. cord, interfacing, wadding etc
-    Special ordered/bespoke products
-    (Used) products on a roll. E.g. webbing/interfacing
-    Blister packs/individually packed products

All returns are subject to a 20% handling fee.
If you have received product(s) in error, or if you have any issues with the order that you have received, please report this to us within 3 days of receiving your delivery.
Errors on deliveries must be reported to the office within 3 days. You must inform the office before sending any returns using the contact details provided above, or it will not be processed.
