We carry a large assortment of stock in a variety of colours in our warehouse. The majority of our products are always in stock, however we do not always have every colour in stock so if there is a specific colour you are in need of then please allow 2-3 weeks for us to order and deliver.

To place an order please use the form found on our website and quote the reference numbers of the products that you would like. Alternatively you can email your order to us at email@example.com. We encourage customers to send pictures also, so that our staff can do their best in assisting you with your order.
Unfortunately we no longer take any orders over the phone.
We will then check the stock and send you an invoice accordingly. You have the option to pay over the phone, by BACS transfer, or in store.

We welcome wholesale customers as well as retail customers. All students and individuals are recommended to pop in store to see the full range that we have to offer across all our products.

Every effort is made to ensure colours and images are accurate of all products displayed on the London Trimmings website, however we cannot guarantee every monitor will accurately depict the correct colour of the product. We recommend coming into our Tottenham Hale warehouse to confirm the colour on a physical shade card.
Please note: Gunmetal is our reference to Black.
We recommend customers to see the image(s) attached to the product in such a case. If you are still unsure of the colour you would like then please come and see us in store and we will assist you.

We are able to customize your zips to required lengths and executions (closed ended, open ended, head-to-head etc).
All work is carried out by our workshop and takes at least 1-2 working days, subject to stock and staff availability.
Please note: Lead times for altered/customized zips can vary depending on how busy the workshop is.
If you have seen a particular zip that we do not stock please speak to a member of staff about this. We can forward order both YKK and RIRI zips to your required lengths.

All our packages are sent by either; Interlink, DPD, or DHL. Each will require a signature on receipt of delivery.
We do not use Royal Mail unfortunately.
We also offer a same-day delivery service. Please enquire about this at the time of ordering.

If you have been sent a quotation/proforma invoice for your order, please check that all the details of the products have been correctly stated before you make the payment. This will ensure that we send you the correct products as requested/ordered.
All prices are in £ sterling and exclude UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted.
We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfil your order, and have dispatched your goods. We do not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order.
If there is any information on the invoice which is not correct, please inform us as soon as possible so we can make any amendments necessary, before we process your order for collection/delivery.

We currently deliver within England, Wales, Scotland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands, and the Republic of Ireland.
We aim to dispatch orders by our couriers immediately after payment has been made. We will only part dispatch if there is a problem in the order or if some prodcts are currently unavailable and hope to let you know as soon as possible.
Mainland delivery charges vary depending on size and weight of the item.
